This challenge asks you to propose a way for Newsy to grow its awareness "among millennial consumers" via social media and word of mouth marketing. 

I suggest you look for information about:

  • how young people or millennials currently consume news
  • how those same young people consume all types of information 
  • how brands have used social media or word of mouth marketing successful (both inside and outside the news industry) 
  • data on what social applications have been adopted by members of this age group, and how that compares to other generations.
